Redemptive purpose is the intentional alignment of identity, calling, competence and contribution for human good. The federation turns that from a conviction into a method you can be assessed against.
PCF certifies purpose coaches, leaders and professionals against one framework: training, supervised practice, assessed methodology and ethics. You are placed at the right level on day one and credentialed only when the standard is genuinely met.
Most platforms hand you 200 videos and wish you luck. PCF is a standards body with a curriculum attached: your level is assessed, your learning is sequenced, your hours are logged and supervised, and your credential means something to the people who hire you.
The federation exists to co-create, equip, certify, connect and strengthen purpose-led coaches, leaders, venture builders and professionals across nations, governed from a global hub in Kenya, with continental councils and national chapters carrying the standard locally.
The philosophy the standard is built on, integrating truth, integrity, compassion, justice and impact. Every credential the federation issues is accountable to these.
Nine questions on practice hours, training, contracting and how you evidence outcomes. The score is computed by the federation, not self-declared.
Courses open in sequence. The next stays locked until the current one is finished, so no one arrives at supervision on half-built foundations.
1:1 sessions and cohort masterclasses run in-app, with shared goals, private notes and replays. Supervision is a requirement of the standard, not an add-on.
Your coach signs off, the credential is issued against your name, and the next level’s curriculum unlocks. CPD keeps it current.
Two minutes on how placement and gating work, and a real coaching session recorded with permission.
Observer is free forever, take the assessment, see your level, sample the curriculum. Paid tiers add live coaching, the full path and accredited credentials.
The placement assessment takes about four minutes and costs nothing.
