Nominate someone whose work has redeemed something.

The awards recognise individuals and organisations who have practically modelled redemptive purpose-led impact in the ecosystems they operate within, across seven spheres of impact.

Before you begin
  • Self-nomination is not allowed for the Purpose-Led Leader categories.
  • An organisation may be nominated by someone who works with it, is a customer of it, or has another verifiable engagement with it.
  • An evidence-based vetting process is run by an independent awards committee, using published evaluation dimensions.
  • Winners are announced at the evening gala closing the Purpose Leadership Summit.

  2. Purpose-first: consistently prioritises purpose and impact before anything else when deciding.
  3. Holds clear, strong convictions towards a specific need and a defined niche, not a generalised one.
  4. Committed to a specific redemptive cause full-time, not as a side venture.
  5. Conscious of their impact areas and collaborates selflessly to broaden impact.
  6. Reproduces themselves in others through role modelling, mentoring, coaching and discipleship.
  7. Fully uses their gifts and talents to serve others selflessly.
  8. Transcends: keen on a legacy that outlasts their own lifetime.
  9. Models: their being and their doing converge on the purpose they carry.
  10. Builds and sustains strong relationships and coalitions in value-based ecosystems.
  11. Growth oriented: catalyses potential in others, and is not insecure when others outgrow them.
